Love for Camilla

If a forecast calls for temperatures anywhere north of 20 degrees Celsius, guaranteed there will be at least one Camilla piece in my suitcase.  I recently discovered Camilla Franks, an Australian designer who is best know for her colorful flowing kaftans inspired by the exotic destinations she has visited.  I cannot get enough of her creations.  The pieces are not  your average garments — the flamboyant patterns, Swarovski crystal embellished frocks and digitally printed silks are works of art.

Whenever I travel, packing is always a struggle considering no trip is complete without shopping for local designers and unique market finds.  I am drawn to versatility and never want to sacrifice fashion.  Since Camilla kaftans and drawstring dresses can be worn multiple ways, perfectly transitioning from a temple visit to drinks on the town, they are worth every dollar.  Not to mention, you just can’t help but feeling happy and good when you wear them.
