Welcome to Hotel Sahrai

Hotel Sahrai Lobby

After a long flight, there is nothing better pulling up to your hotel, looking around, and just thinking ‘wow’.  Hotel Sahrai is a contemporary, boutique hotel that is so gorgeous, you will just want to wander around taking in the interior design and location.  Perched on a hill, it has a view of the Medina that will leave you lounging in silence and utter relaxation.

Hotel Sahrai is a one-of-a-kind property in Fez.  With an abundance of gorgeous riads hidin behind doors in the Medina alleys, Hotel Sahrai offers a different experience.  The hotel has two restaurants (one Moroccan the other Parisian), a rooftop bar that is the perfect place to catch up with friends, two swimming pools, a fitness centre with Technogym® equipment and a Givenchy Spa (only one of four in the world).  If you find yourself needing to relax and like a perfected mix of modern meets traditional, this is the place for you.

Wondering what the rooms are like?  They are as beautiful as the rest of the hotel.  The ceilings are incredibly high and the rooms have a feeling of warmth.  From the lounge chair to the intricately carved wood wall, to the rain shower in a sunken marble bathtub – I found it incredibly difficult leaving the room, especially with the traditional Moroccan sweets left out for us to enjoy.  They were delicious.

The hotel staff are incredibly accommodating and will arrange everything for you from drivers, to private guides of the Medina, to reservations.  They will also impart valuable information about places in and around Fez that may not have been on your itinerary.  Since the hotel is off the main road and on a hill, the hotel has a free shuttle service to and from the shopping mall on the main road where there are Western restaurants and an abundance of taxis.
